DGFT Digital Signature Certificate
Steps to be followed to get a DGFT Digital Signature Certificate for Licences
- Select DGFT Digital Signature and required quantity from Digital Signature Mart
- Select Payment Mode - Online or Offline - and Proceed.
- Download the Application form.
- Duly fill the application form and paste your recent color passport size photo (for Renewals photo is not required).
- Put your signature in the relevant places including the photo (Signature across photo is a must).
- Photo ID Proof: Attested Photocopy of any 3 govt. valid ID Proof of Applicant (Passport, Driving License, Pan Card Copy, Govt. issued ID Card)
- Address Proof: Attested Photocopy of anyone of the govt valid Address Proof of Applicant such as Passport, Driving Licence, Latest utility bills (Telephone, Mobile, Electricity, LIC Receipt, Water) not older than 3 months.
- Proof of Right to do Business: Certificate of Incorporation / Registered partnership deed / Memorandum and Articles of Association / Valid Business License Document Like VAT / Service Tax Regn.
- Other mandatory document: Annual Report / Income Tax Return / Organization's Bank Account Details on Bank's Letter Head by Bank Manager / Statement of Income by Chartered Accountants.
- Copy of PAN Card of Organization
- Authorization Letter in favor of applicant on Company's Letter Head
- IEC Certificate Photocopy
- Note: All photo copies and the application form must be attested by Public Notary OR Gazetted Officer OR Bank Manager.
- Send the application and the documents to our New Delhi India office.
- Certificate will be issued immediately on successful validation of the application and documents.
